Simply add butter and water to form a soft dough that’s easy to roll and shape. Designed for simplicity and consistency, it’s perfect for home bakers of all skill levels.

Directions for Use

Makes approximately 45 (30g) biscuits

1kg Shortbread Mix

550g Butter

Preheat

Preheat oven to 180°C

Mix

Place butter in mixing bowl and cream until light in colour. Blend in the Shortbread mix on a low speed. Do not over mix. Roll shortbread dough out to a thickness of 10mm. Cut to desired shape and place on lined baking tray.

Bake

Bake at 180°C for 15-18 minutes.

Note: Baking times may vary depending on your oven.

Storage conditions

Store below 25°C in a clean, dry place. Keep away from direct sunlight.
