Freeze-thaw stable and ambient temperature stable when made using water. Provides a higher firmness than existing powder creams that will stand up well under warm or humid conditions. Plus the added benefit that it won’t melt. Perfect for Australian conditions!
The firmness and density of the cream make it perfect for piping, especially flower piping where it will hold intricate designs even when stored at ambient temperatures.
Directions for Use
Recipe makes 3000g of cream
1000g Vizyon Boncream Whipping Cream Powder
2000g Water or milk
Whip the cream powder with cold water or milk at (10-12°C) at high speed for 3-7 minutes. It is suggested to keep the whipped cream in the fridge for at least 15 minutes before use.
Storage conditions
Keep closed in a cool (25°C) and dry place.
