Vizyon Stella Whipping Cream provides a light, sweet creamy taste with a fluffy and easy-to-spread texture. Obtain a brilliant clean white cream look and finish for your cakes.

Gluten-free and being a vegetable-based cream powder, it is suitable for vegetarians when mixed with water or non-dairy liquids. In addition, it is freeze-thaw stable.

Easily incorporates colours and flavours for a variety of cake designs and finishes. Cakes masked or filled with Vizyon cream can be stored chilled, frozen for future sale, or displayed at ambient temperature. Plus, it will hold piped or intricate designs even when stored at ambient temperatures.

Directions for Use

500g Vizyon Stella Whipping Cream Powder

750-1000g Water or milk

Whip the cream powder with cold water or milk at (10-12°C) at high speed for 3-7 minutes. It is suggested to keep the whipped cream in the fridge for at least 15 minutes before use.

Storage conditions

Keep closed in a cool (25°C) and dry place.
