Directions for Use

1kg Chocolate cake mix

4 Eggs (medium)

400ml Water

Preheat

Preheat oven to 150°C

Mix

Place ingredients into a bowl and mix on low for 1 minute. Scrape down sides and continue mixing on medium speed for 5 minutes. Continue to mix on medium for 3 minutes. Pour into lined baking tin.

Bake

Bake at 150°C

8x3” Round tin – bake for approx. 80 minutes (1kg mix)

10x3” Round tin – bake for approx. 120 minutes (2kg mix)

Note: When filling your cake tin, be sure to leave approx. 2-3cm of space from the top. This allows room for the cake to rise evenly. Baking times may vary depending on your oven. For best results cover your tin with foil before baking.

Storage conditions

Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place. Keep away from direct sunlight.
