Directions for Use
1kg Butter cake mix
250g Eggs (5 medium)
450ml Water
Preheat
Preheat oven to 150°C
Mix
Place ingredients into a bowl and mix on low for 1 minute. Scrape down sides and continue mixing on medium speed for 10 minutes. Pour into lined baking tin.
Bake
Bake at 150°C
8x3ā Round tin ā bake for approx. 60 minutes (500g mix)
10x3ā Round tin ā bake for approx. 75 minutes (1kg mix)
Note: When filling your cake tin, be sure to leave approx. 2-3cm of space from the top. This allows room for the cake to rise evenly. Baking times may vary depending on your oven. For best results cover your tin with foil before baking.
Storage conditions
Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place. Keep away from direct sunlight.
