460ml Water
Preheat
Preheat oven to 220°C
Mix
Place ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix on low for 1 minute. Scrape down sides and continue mixing on top speed for 6-8 minutes. Scrape down the sides. Then reduce to speed 2 and mix for an additional 2 minutes. Pour into lined baking tin.
Bake
Bake at 220°C
30x50x2.5cm Swiss Roll tin ā bake for approx. 11 minutes (500g)
Note: Baking times may vary depending on your oven. For best results cover your tin with foil before baking.
