Directions for Use

1kg Banana Bread Mix

385g Banana (mashed)

360ml Water

90ml Vegetable oil

Preheat

Preheat oven to 160°C

Mix

Place ingredients into a bowl and mix on low for 1 minute. Scrape down sides and continue mixing on low until ingredients are just combined. Pour into lined baking tin.

Bake

Bake at 160°C for 45-60 minutes in oven.
