Directions for Use

1kg Cake Donut Mix

500ml Water

Preheat

Preheat oven to 150°C fan forced

Mix

Place ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix on low for 1 minute. Scrape down sides and continue mixing on medium for 1 minute. Allow batter to rest for 10 minutes. Pipe into a donut tin.

Bake

Bake at 150°C fan forced for 15 minutes in oven.

Donut mix can also be deep fried in oil at 190°C.

Note: Baking times may vary depending on your oven.

Decorate

Cake donuts can be finished by dipping in a sugar cinnamon mix or into coloured fondants.

Storage conditions

Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place. Keep away from direct sunlight.
