Directions for Use

500g Carrot Cake Mix

83g Margarine

70g Eggs

241ml Water

Preheat

Preheat oven to 180°C

Mix

Place packet mix and margarine into bowl and mix on low for 1 minute. Add eggs and water and mix on low for 1 minute. Scrape down sides and mix on low for 2 minutes. Pour into lined baking tin.

Bake

Bake at 180°C for 55-65 minutes in oven.
