20g Butter (melted)
80g Digestive biscuits (crushed)
375ml Water
Mix
Mix melted butter and crushed biscuit in bowl and press into an 8ā round, lined cheesecake tin. Chill.
Place cheesecake mix and water into bowl and mix on top speed until light, approximately 3 minutes. Top the biscuit base with the cheesecake mixture and chill until firm.
Storage conditions
