Directions for Use

1kg Brownie mix

145ml Water

190g Butter (melted)

Preheat

Preheat oven to 160°C

Mix

In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients. Mix on low speed for 1 minute. Scrape down the sides. Mix on slow speed for a further 1 minute. Spread evenly into 8” x 8” baking tin.

Bake

Bake at 160°C for 30 minutes in oven. Cover with foil halfway through baking time to avoid crusty top.
