Directions for Use
1kg White Chocolate Mud Cake Mix
200g Eggs (Approx. 4 medium eggs)
140ml Vegetable oil
265ml Water
Preheat
Preheat oven to 150°C
Mix
In a mixing bowl, combine the oil and water. Add the cake mix and eggs and mix on low for 1 minute. Scrape down sides and continue mixing on top speed for 2 minutes. Scrape down the sides and continue mixing on medium speed for another 2 minutes (Do not overmix). Pour into lined baking tin.
Bake
Bake at 150°C
8x3ā Round tin ā bake for approx. 120 minutes (1kg mix)
10x3ā Round tin ā bake for approx. 160 minutes (2kg mix)
Note: When filling your cake tin, be sure to leave approx. 2-3cm of space from the top. This allows room for the cake to rise evenly. Baking times may vary depending on your oven. For best results cover your tin with foil before baking.
Storage conditions
Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place. Keep away from direct sunlight.
