Directions for Use

500g Choux Paste Mix

500g Eggs (Approx 10 eggs)

375ml Water

Preheat

Preheat oven to 200°C

Mix

Place eggs, water and then dry ingredients into mixing bowl. Beat on medium speed for 1 minute. Scrape down bowl. Beat for 7 minutes on top speed. Pipe desired shape onto lined baking tray.

Bake

Bake at 200°C for 20 minutes in oven, reduce to 175°C and continue baking for 10-15 minutes until golden.

Note: Baking times may vary depending on your oven.

Fill

Fill with your favourite filling.

Storage conditions

Store below 25°C in a clean, dry place. Keep away from direct sunlight.
