Directions for Use
1kg Muffin Mix
5 Eggs (medium)
260ml Vegetable oil
230ml Water
Preheat
Preheat oven to 140°C
Mix
Place muffin mix, eggs and water into a bowl and mix on low for 1 minute. Scrape down sides and continue mixing on top speed for 4 minutes. Scrape down the sides and continue mixing on medium speed and slowly add the vegetable oil. Mix for an additional 1 minutes. Pour into lined baking tin or muffin tray.
Bake
Bake at 140°C
8” Round tin – bake for approx. 70 minutes (1kg mix)
For a tall domed muffin (standard size) – bake at 220°C for first 5 minutes, then reduce to 175°C for the remaining 10-15 minutes.
Note: Baking times may vary depending on your oven.
Storage conditions
Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place. Keep away from direct sunlight.
