1kg Cream cheese icing mix
115g Butter / Solite shortening
170ml Water
Mix
Place the butter / Solite shortening in a mixing bowl. Beat on speed 2 for 1 minute, then scrape down the sides of the bowl. Continue beating on speed 3 for 2 minutes until the mixture is light and creamy. Scrape down the bowl. Add the cream cheese icing mix and blend on speed 1 for 2 minutes. Add water and blend on speed 3 for 3 minutes.
Storage conditions
Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place. Keep away from direct sunlight.
